CONNECT
We will work on planes, trains, and automobiles, hotels, cafes, street corners and bathroom stalls, scraping up information. We will produce a publication that maps paths well beyond mere geometric distances–engaging social, economic, temporal factors.
While ultimately producing a publication to connect our work with the outside world, the content of our work will focus (both on site visits and “in studio”) on digital design / fabrication. We will have intensive Rhino sessions that go straight to complex geometries and designing for digital production. The project will incorporate open source fabrication files, networking, pre-fab construction, and the global locale that this suggests.
